My fiance and i bought his boss and partner hea for a night we booked 2 rooms we let the bday man choose his swipe card to room as the rooms were accross from each other and he chose the right room it had a balcony lol.I absolutely loved the massive bed and the shower was great. All staff were amazing. Had dinner at thea restaurant omg food was lovely, men ordered 1kg steak wondered why the waitress kum out and explained about this 1kg steak she said it would of fed the 4 of us but us ladies were set on pork belly. Then next min she said the price 180 for 1kg steak we were like wow that's a weeks worth of meat for us my partner soon changed his steak 😆 to sirloin which he loved and so did our bday man. Loved that we had sky so we kicked it over at the balcony room watched fast n the furious Tokyo drift and also stood out on balcony watching the cars driving past like that. We were also parked across from thea room which was good that we could watch them. None of us wanted to leave the next morning so off went my hubby to see if we could keep our rooms another night and yaaaa we could. Boss ended up shouting room service for breakfast and again for snacks and desserts. We chilled out went for a swim in heated pool was lovely then went and laxed in spa which was even better. We then chilled in our own rooms the 2nd night and was late check out 11am. Thanks rydges for our 2 night getaway u guys rock and yes we will be back hopefully our honeymoon in January if I'm lucky 😊.

Easy and quick check-in and check-out. Fantastic service by Georgia; professional, helpful, all round brilliant hospitality. What a credit to the hotel she is. Room was spacious with gorgeous views, bed was so comfy, bathroom was lovely and modern. The room was equipped with cutlery and small sized crockery, which was perfect for us as we were happy to get a takeaway and enjoy staying in our lovely room for the night. We did venture down to the hotel bar later on in the evening for a nightcap, and received great service and drinks. Great selection of teas, both regular and decaf coffee, and even hot chocolate sachets. Well stocked mini bar, although we didn’t utilise it. The real highlight was enjoying the pool, jacuzzi and sauna the following morning and we had it all to ourselves.

Everything was exactly how it was pictured to be on the website. Our room was nice, clean, had everything we needed (though they forgot a couple of Teaspoons and Knives but that didn't bother us at all), and a nice big window with a view of the streets below. The Pool, Gym, Sauna and Spa were awesome although there is only one little bench to sit on when watching the kids swim and when we were in the Pool there was a large group of young Cheerleaders in the Pool at the same time so there were a bunch of us adults all standing around. The Gym, although small, has your basic needs: Treadmills, Bikes, Dumbells. Quality of Customer Service was absolutely amazing.

Everything was PERFECT. We had an easy check in and room upgrade to 16th floor , balcony YAY, view YAY, bed was super comfortable, pillows fabulous. No idea if tv worked we explored Wellington and just used the hotel to sleep and one dinner on site. Bonus little kitchen with a microwave - not used and a toaster which was super, saved loads on breakfast had my plunger coffee and toast in the room before heading out to explore. So quiet in the hotel , I was amazed especially being in the hub of the city. I most definitely will stay here again. Shame about the weather but hey it’s Wellington remember to take warm gear and raincoats.

Love the service from staff both at check-in and the front of house staff were amazing. Especially with my younger 3 year old son. Reception staff were so helpful with the check-in as well as parking situations. The breakfast buffet was on point every morning highly recommend. Ideal location close to everything and easy to access. Room was lovely and would probably book a bigger one next time but definitely value for money. Kids loved the fact that there was a bath and enjoyed that more than the adults. Pool was also available and definitely a plus from us. Family friendly and definitely will be coming back.
